To promote the aims of The Retired Officers Association. as stated in the bylaws of that association.

To further legislative and other objectives of The Retired Officers Association.

To encourage and facilitate camaraderie among active, former, and future officers of the uniformed services.

To provide useful services for, and to protect the interests of members, their dependents, and survivors.

To provide community services deemed to be in the Chapter's best interest.
